Are there any known side effects with using this technology? 

Tesla BioHealing products have a completely safe track record. Life Force Energy is a naturally occurring substance that all biological systems produce and utilize at the cellular level for optimal wellbeing. Tesla BioHealing medical devices generate a very concentrated field of Life Force Energy, offering an environment where the cells of the body can utilize this vital force of nature in much higher quantities than what is readily available otherwise. This is in an effort to support the body’s self-healing capacities with the essential energy that every cell needs to thrive. 

By providing an environment whereby the body’s own innate intelligence can utilize Life Force Energy at will and as needed, Tesla BioHealing medical devices do not cause any negative side effects. Are there any contraindications? 

Although Life Force Energy is a safe and naturally occurring energy, we do not yet recommend our products for pregnant women or children under 5 years of age as safety and efficacy studies have yet to be conducted on this group. Likewise, we also do not recommend the product to people in life-threatening or acute situations. 

Life Force Energy is safe; however, our OTC medical devices were created to address chronic conditions for people who are in a stable physical, mental, and emotional state. Safety and efficacy studies have not been conducted on those in life threatening situations such as those hospitalized, someone who recently had a stroke or heart attack, or those with suicidal ideation. Tesla BioHealing medical devices are intended for people in stable condition who have chronic unmet needs and no available effective therapy. 

If you have been given an end-of-life prognosis, it is not our practice to recommend investing in the technology to those whose life force is likely depleted beyond a reasonable expectation of recovery. If someone near the end of their life decides to use any Tesla BioHealing products, we the as device manufacturer, cannot be held responsible for the outcome if in fact someone with a limited life expectancy does still pass away. Everything that we do at Tesla BioHealing is data driven, so until we have the data to support that our technology is safe and effective for the above-mentioned groups of people specifically, we do not yet recommend our devices for these situations. Return Requests:
Most return requests are received after less than two weeks of using a single BioHealer, our entry level product intended for mild to moderate conditions. While many users experience improvement within a short time period, others will require over 4 weeks of 8 hours daily use to “feel the signs of improvement”. This time period of “noticeable improvement” differs from one user to another by the number of devices used, the type of devices used, coupled with severity and duration of the medical condition, age of the user, etc.

Refund Process:
After review the above resources, you still feel the product is not working for you and wish to return, we accept replacement or refund requests caused by a manufacturing defect, i.e., failure to generate Life Force Energy, within 60 days of purchase.

In the event of damage incurred to product during transit, pictures of both the product and packaging are required to be submitted within 48 hours of package delivery. They will be reviewed by the Shipping Carrier (UPS/FedEx, DHL) as the shipping carrier may pick up damaged goods so a claim can be filed with the Carrier.

An RMA can only be issued after approval of refund eligibility. All returns must have the assigned RMA # included in the shipping address on the return label. We cannot accept any return without RMA #. The customer will be responsible for shipping and packaging costs related to returning or exchanging.

3. Understand that your body will require the proper amount of Life Force Energy to support your cellular health and some people will require more time to experience optimal results than others. Depending on your age, current health condition, and other factors, you may require more time and Life Force Energy than you have currently provided to your body in order to experience the amount of healing you are hoping for. 

With the proper amount of cellular support, people typically see early signs of efficacy take place very quickly, but others may need more time and Life Force Energy, which is why we encourage up to 60 days, of at least 8 hours per day, of proper product use before applying for a return.

RETURNS FEE:
If after reviewing the information above, you would still like to apply for a return, please fill out the form below. If your return application is approved, we will issue you an RMA and return instructions via email. You will be responsible for all associated shipping costs. Upon receipt of the returned unit(s) an inspection will take place. If undamaged, a 20% returns fee will be deducted from your paid cost of the technology. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed.

To be eligible for a refund minus 20% return fees, items must meet the following criteria:
1) Return requests must be made within 60 days of purchase.
2) Complete the return form below and upload an image of returning product. Returned product must be in original (non-damaged) condition.
3) Product must be returned to our facility within 2 weeks of RMA issuance. All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number, products without RMA are not eligible for a refund.
