RETURNS POLICY & TERMS OF SERVICE

PART ONE — RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Items purchased with a gift card, BOGO offer, or percentage-discount promotion are not eligible for return.
1. Window For Items Eligible For Returns:
You may request a return within 60 days of the purchase date for eligible items. Requests made after 60 days cannot be processed.
2. How to Request a Return
Email info@teslabiohealing.com with your order number and a photo of the item, or call us at +1 302-265-2213. We will confirm eligibility and, if approved, issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Returns cannot be accepted without an RMA number.
- The RMA number must appear in the shipping address on your return label.
- Returned items must arrive at our facility within 14 days of RMA issuance.
- Returned items must be in original, undamaged condition with all original components.
3. Eligible Items
Returnable within 60 days:
- Adult BioHealer
- Children's BioHealer
- Pet BioHealer
- StemRenew
Not returnable:
- Biophoton Generators
- Alpha
- Cornerstone
Biophoton Generators, Alpha, and Cornerstone units are individually calibrated and are not resold after return. Sales of these units are final.
4. Return Fee
A 20% return fee is deducted from the purchase price of approved returns of full-price items. You are responsible for return shipping and packaging costs. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
The return fee does not apply to items that arrive damaged, arrive incorrect, or are found to be defective. Those are handled under Sections 6 and 7 below.
5. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following are not eligible for return, except where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect on arrival (see Sections 6 and 7):
- Items purchased with a gift card, BOGO offer, or percentage-discount promotion
- Center Exclusive and Event Promotion purchases
- Purchases made through a third-party financing or installment program (ShopPay, SweetPay, or similar)
- Orders shipped to an address outside the United States
- Biophoton Generators, Alpha, and Cornerstone units
If you live in a state whose law gives you broader return or cancellation rights than this policy, those rights apply and nothing in this policy limits them.
6. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, email us photographs of both the product and the outer packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We will open a claim with the carrier (UPS, FedEx, or DHL), who may arrange pickup of the damaged goods. There is no return fee and no shipping cost to you for transit damage.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item is defective on arrival or is not the item you ordered, contact us within the 60-day window. We will replace it or refund it at no cost to you, including return shipping. No return fee applies. This applies to all products, including promotional, financed, and discounted purchases.
8. Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 30 days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
9. Wellness Center Appointments
Appointments at a Tesla BioHealing Wellness Center may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
PART TWO — TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Agreement to These Terms
Tesla BioHealing operates this website. "We," "us," and "our" refer to Tesla BioHealing. "You" refers to any visitor, browser, or customer of this site.
By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, including the Returns Policy above and our Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after we post changes means you accept them. Material changes will not apply retroactively to orders already placed.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this site. Products intended for use by a minor or by an adult in your care must be purchased by a responsible adult, who is the customer of record for that order.
3. About Our Products — Please Read
Tesla BioHealing products are intended to support relaxation, comfort, rest, and general wellbeing.
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. They are not a substitute for medical care, medical advice, or any prescribed treatment. Nothing on this website is medical advice.
If you have or think you may have a medical condition, are pregnant, have an implanted medical device, or are under the care of a healthcare professional, talk to your provider before using our products. Do not stop, change, or delay any prescribed treatment because of anything you read here or anything our products are described as supporting.
Individual experiences vary. We do not promise any particular outcome, result, or timeframe from use of our products.
4. Reporting a Problem or an Unexpected Experience
If you experience any unexpected symptom, injury, or health event that you believe may be connected to one of our products, please contact us right away at info@teslabiohealing.com or +1 302-265-2213, and seek medical attention if needed. We take these reports seriously and investigate each one.
You may also report the experience directly to the FDA through MedWatch at www.fda.gov/medwatch or by calling 1-800-FDA-1088.
To report a product quality problem — a device that arrives damaged, stops working, or does not perform as described — contact info@teslabiohealing.com with your order number.
5. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
Prices are subject to change without notice. We may correct pricing or product-description errors, including after an order is submitted, and may cancel affected orders with notice to you and a full refund.
We may limit or refuse any order, including limiting quantities per person, household, or order, and including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors without authorization. If we change or cancel your order, we will attempt to contact you using the email, phone, or billing address on the order.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase and account information, and to keep it updated so we can complete your transaction.
Taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm your order.
6. Shipping and Risk of Loss
Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. Transit damage is handled under the Returns Policy, Section 6.
7. Disclaimers
The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that information on the site is accurate, complete, or current.
Historical content on this site is provided for reference only and may no longer be current. We may modify the site at any time without notice and have no obligation to update it.
Except as expressly stated in these Terms and in our Returns Policy, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, products are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so this exclusion may not apply to you. You may have other rights that vary by state. Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Returns Policy above, including your right to a replacement or refund for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tesla BioHealing and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data, arising from your use of the site or our products.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
9. Marketing Communications and Your Data
How we collect, use, and share your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which governs.
- Email. We send marketing email only to people who have asked to receive it or who have purchased from us. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribes promptly.
- Text messages. We send marketing texts only to customers who have given prior express written consent at the point of sign-up. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Message and data rates may apply.
- Cookies and site analytics. We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your cart, and measure performance. You can manage your preferences through our cookie banner or your browser settings.
- Your choices. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. See the Privacy Policy for how to exercise those rights, or email info@teslabiohealing.com.
10. Reviews, Testimonials, and Things You Send Us
We welcome honest reviews. We publish reviews as submitted and do not suppress, edit, or remove reviews because they are negative. We may remove content that is unlawful, off-topic, abusive, contains personal information, or is not a genuine customer experience.
We do not create, commission, or publish fake reviews, and we do not edit a review in a way that changes its meaning or attributes it to a customer who did not write it.
If you are compensated in any way for a review — including free or discounted product, gift cards, or entry into a giveaway — you must clearly disclose that in the review itself. We will disclose any material connection between us and an endorser wherever we republish that endorsement.
Testimonials describe individual experiences. They are not typical results and are not a promise of any outcome.
If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, or other unsolicited materials, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and adapt them. We are not obligated to keep them confidential, compensate you for them, or respond to them. You confirm that anything you send is yours to send and does not infringe anyone else's rights.
11. Affiliates, Resellers, and Business Partners
Authorized affiliates, resellers, and channel partners may use only marketing materials and claims that we have provided or approved in writing. They may not make health, disease, treatment, or outcome claims about our products, and they may not create websites, social media pages, accounts, or advertising using the Tesla BioHealing name, logo, or product names without our prior written approval.
We do not authorize, endorse, or take responsibility for statements, websites, or social media content created by any third party without our approval. Unauthorized use of our name or marks will be pursued, and partner agreements may be terminated for violations.
If you see a claim about our products that concerns you, or a page or seller you are unsure about, please report it to info@teslabiohealing.com.
12. Third-Party Links and Tools
Our site may link to or make available third-party websites, content, or tools that we do not control. We provide these without warranty or endorsement and are not responsible for them. Review the third party's own terms and privacy practices before using them. Questions or complaints about third-party products should go to that third party.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, images, video, logos, product names, and design — is owned by Tesla BioHealing or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.
14. Prohibited Uses
You may not use this site or its content: for any unlawful purpose; to solicit unlawful acts; to violate any applicable law or regulation; to infringe our or others' intellectual property; to harass, abuse, defame, intimidate, or discriminate; to submit false or misleading information; to transmit viruses or malicious code; to collect others' personal information; to spam, phish, scrape, spider, or crawl; or to interfere with or circumvent the site's security features.
We may terminate your access for violating this section.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tesla BioHealing and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from any third-party claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right. This does not apply to claims arising from our own acts or omissions.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the state or country where you live.
17. Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or by us. You may terminate by ceasing to use the site. We may terminate or suspend your access at any time if you breach these Terms. Obligations incurred before termination survive it.
18. General
Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, it is severed and the rest remains in effect.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Electronic communications. You consent to receive agreements, notices, and disclosures from us electronically.
Entire agreement. These Terms, the Returns Policy, and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site and supersede prior versions. Ambiguities will not be construed against the drafter.
