We are proud to deliver products backed by safety and efficacy data collected from over 10,000 users' thus far, and as FDA Registered Over-The-Counter Medical Devices with no prescription required for the general public’s access.

However, our goal is to gain regulatory prescription status so that these medical devices can be covered by insurance and medical programs such as Medicare and Medicaid. Thus, making our devices more affordable and reachable to help many more people in need, while at the same time introducing energy-based medicine as a new standard of care within the modern medical community. We are working diligently to achieve this goal and your support is very much appreciated. Return Requests:
Most return requests are received after less than two weeks of using a single BioHealer, our entry level product intended for mild to moderate conditions. While many users experience improvement within a short time period, others will require over 4 weeks of 8 hours daily use to “feel the signs of improvement”. This time period of “noticeable improvement” differs from one user to another by the number of devices used, the type of devices used, coupled with severity and duration of the medical condition, age of the user, etc.

Refund Process:
If you still feel the product is not working for you and wish to return, we accept replacement or refund requests caused by a manufacturing defect, i.e., failure to generate Life Force Energy, within 60 days of purchase.
In the event of damage incurred to product during transit, pictures of both the product and packaging are required to be submitted within 48 hours of package delivery. They will be reviewed by the Shipping Carrier (UPS/FedEx, DHL) as the shipping carrier may pick up damaged goods so a claim can be filed with the Carrier.

Please complete the form below or email info@TeslaBioHealing.com with your order# to apply for a return. If approved for a return you will receive a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization). An RMA can only be issued after approval of refund eligibility. All returns must be within 60 days of purchase and have the assigned RMA # on the inside and outside of the box containing the items. We cannot accept any return without RMA # or the past 60 days. The customer will be responsible for shipping and packaging costs related to returning or exchanging.

  2. Understand that your body will require the proper amount of Life Force Energy to support your cellular health and some people will require more time to experience optimal results than others. Depending on your age, current health condition, and other factors, you may require more time and Life Force Energy than you have currently provided to your body in order to experience the amount of healing you are hoping for.

With the proper amount of cellular support, people typically see early signs of efficacy take place very quickly, but others may need more time and Life Force Energy, which is why we encourage up to 60 days, of at least 8 hours per day, of proper product use before applying for a return.

Someone experiencing a detoxification of their system may believe their device(s) has stopped working, but in fact the Life Force Energy is helping to expel harmful substances in the body, which is rare instances is experienced consciously as a detox or flushing out of accumulated harmful substances. RESTOCKING FEE:
If after reviewing the information above, you would still like to apply for a return, please fill out the form below. If your return application is approved, we will issue you an RMA and return instructions via email. You will be responsible for all associated shipping costs. Upon receipt of the retuned unit(s) an inspection will take place. If undamaged, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your paid cost of the technology. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed.

To be eligible for a refund minus 20% restocking fees, items must meet the following criteria:
1) Returns requests must be made within 60 days of purchase
2) Product must be returned to our facility within 2 weeks of RMA issuance
3) Returned product must be in original (non-damaged) condition.

All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number, products without RMA are not eligible for a refund.
