Return Requirements

• Product must be in the same condition as when received.
• Complete the return request form, including a picture of the product in its current condition.
• Upon review and approval of the product condition, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
